What is this
There is a "hummer" look a-like kit for the VW pan out there...and I think that is what this is.
That said, the side profile looks much like the mid-60's Porsche entry to the Bundeswehr during a competition for a new military vehicle. I can't remember the name of it...but I have some pictures I'll post later. DKW won that contract against the Porsche and the VW...in case you were curious.
