bumpers or not?

I finaly made the glass nose piece for my bug,havent done the hood yet,but now thinken about bumpers,old style,or noneat all,or coustom round tube carbon fiberabout 2 1/2" dia.if I go old style bumpers I wil need an old bumper that is straight to pop a mold off of,it dosent matter if the chrome is dead or not,but it will need to be straight.i'v even heard of guys using the rear bumper on the front,I gess Ill need to see what they both look like.I gess I could also make the bumper out of carbon… Continue

how about a movie thread ,I got a forgin movie the other day from netflix.the tittle was "traffic".it is about a car company trying to make it to the 1971 auto show in amsterdam.any thing that could go wrong did.one of the funnest forgin films Ive ever seen, not a lot of english but some.but the best part is all the wild cars & trucks on the roads, plenty of vw's too.sort of a cross between the three stooges,marx brothers& chitty chitty bang bang.no the car did not fly but it did just… Continue

been worken on it for a week now,makin glass parts to go inside so it will work corectly,what a pain in the but.been fiberglassing& cutting & grinding for a week now.it just amazes me how somebody takes the time to make something but dosent have a clue how or what it is supposed to do. the only good thing about it is I finely made the nose for my bug while I was doing all this glass work.but I havent a clue as to when it will get on the car.still need to make the hood,but nose could go… Continue
