Meeting Minutes. January 14, 2012.

Meeting started at approximately 2pm.

• German potato salad throwdown.
o Throwdown was uncontested. Trophy went to Brandy “Bozzy” Osborn

• Car shows
o We’ll be having two car shows this year; one at Lee VW and one at the shop.
o Lee show will be in April. Lee will be handling all of the details.
o Our show at the shop will be in September. More to come.

• Big thanks to Eddie and Alyssa for the use of the shop
o Everyone encouraged to help keep the consumables stocked and keep the place clean.

• Parts
o We still have a lot of parts in the parts room. If you need anything, feel free to purchase it for a reasonable price. Write your name, the part you purchased, and the price on the sheet on the clipboard. Please… no 50 cent alternators.
o Feel free to bring in any parts that you want to sell. Put your name and the price on your parts so people know who and how much to pay.

• Finances
o I don’t remember the exact numbers but Bruno said we have approximately $600 in the bank and $500 dollars in cash.

• Start thinking about who you want to nominate for club officers. No officer can be elected for the position that they currently hold. Current officers are:
o President: Feazy
o Vice President: Rob Beres
o Treasurer: Bruno
o Secretary: Ozzy
o Elections will be held at the shop on April 7th.
